Two day seminar Cultural Heritage and Game Technology
This year’s Cultural Heritage and Game Technology, October 6-7, at the University of Skövde, is the fith consecutive seminar. At this event students, researchers, cultural organizations, media and game developers come togehter. This year will focus on Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). How can these techniques be used to portray and convey cultural heritage? How do we make visitors and spectators involved in the stories of different places and buildings? What line is one to take to the demands of historical accuracy in order to both attract to and maintain its relevance? This is the kind of questions we will be raised and discussed during the seminar.
