Sweden Game Festival takes place the Saturday after Sweden Game Conference, and will offer a family friendly schedule for all ages, including e-sports, a game expo and a concert.
For the second year in a row there is also going to be a competition in cosplay, which will be judged by a jury, and the theme is of course: Video game characters!
The participants are going to compete for the following prizes:

Want to cosplay, but not compete?
Cosplay is encouraged during the festival whether you are a pro or a beginner, even out of competition!
The main purpose is for everyone to have fun and there will be possiblities to get photographed in your cosplay during the day.
What is cosplay?
Cosplay is short for Costume Play and the goal is to create costumes portraying fictional characters from games, movies and tv-series among others.
The interest for the hobby has increased over the years and it is possible to compete in cosplay on local, national and international level. Since a couple of years back, the Swedish and Nordic cosplay championships are broadcasted on Swedish television.
