The studio was fully acquired by Embracer Group in August 2020.
As an animator at Palindrome you work closely with character artists and directors to create high quality animations for characters and creatures of varying kinds.
You will also be collaborating with programmers to establish an animation toolset within the game engine. As well as working close with the producer to manage the planning and your pipeline.
In addition to this what we are looking for, is the following:
- 3+ year of Animation experience working in the video game industry.
- Strong skill in animating humanoid bipedal characters and creatures as well as both organic and mechanical forms.
- Excellent skill in stylized keyframe animations.
- Great skill in rigging and skinning within Maya.
- Strong skill in working with blend trees in Unity.
- Good ability to work independently with a strong level of self-drive.
- Great communication skills and a good ability to work within a team.
- A good understanding of optimization for characters in games.
- Previously shipped titles.
- Experience working with other game engines
